A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an International Move Manager to join a fast growing removals and storage company based in Hounslow.

As the International Move Manager, you will be assisting with both commercial and domestic clients, helping them with their moves.

You will manage schedules for moves, ensuring removals crew are provided with instructions and are aware of clients’ requirements.

Key responsibilities of the International Move Manager: 

• Coordinate the logistics of all moves, ensuring they are complete correctly
• Deal with client queries and complaints
• Ensure clients are kept informed with introductory calls
• Help manage all storage facility requirements
• Work alongside a team of surveyors, providing clients with quotations and invoices

The successful International Move Coordinator will have a business development or customer service background, ideally in property or luxury/brand sectors.

Having previous experience of using a CRM system and excellent IT skills – especially Excel and Word are good attributes for this role.
